How do I upload files?
Drag & drop files onto the upload zone, or click the + button in the top right of your file cabinet. You can upload multiple files at once. Progress is shown in real time.
What is the storage limit?
During the beta period you get 20 GB completely free — no credit card required. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to upgrade to 100 GB, 500 GB, and more. Beta users will receive special pricing.
Why can't I upload a large file?
If the file size exceeds your available storage, the upload will be blocked before it starts and you'll see a warning with how much space is missing. Free up space by deleting unused files, or upgrade your plan for more storage.
How do folders work?
Click + Folder to create a folder. Open it, then upload files directly into it. You can also move existing files into folders using the ⋯ → Move to folder action. Folders are virtual — your files stay safely in cloud storage regardless of how you organize them.
Can I rename files?
Yes. Click ⋯ next to any file and choose Rename. Enter the new name and confirm. Note: renaming copies the file in storage and removes the old version, so it may take a moment for large files.
How do I download a file?
Click ⋯ → Download next to any file. A secure temporary link is generated and the download starts immediately. Links expire after 10 minutes for security — nobody else can access your files without being logged in.
How do I sign in with Google?
On the login or registration page, click Continue with Google. You'll be redirected to Google to confirm, then returned to Flovix automatically. No separate password needed.
I uploaded a file but it's not showing up
Try refreshing the page. If the file still doesn't appear, it may have landed in a folder — check the folder list. In rare cases, click the page again to trigger an automatic sync which scans your storage and recovers any missing files.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 — an enterprise-grade global object storage. Download links are temporary (presigned URLs) and expire automatically. Your storage keys never leave the server.
When will paid plans be available?
Paid plans are coming in Q2 2026. Beta users will be notified first and will receive early-access pricing. You won't lose your files when the transition happens.
